Planning your Wedding Party
Without doubt your wedding day party is the the most important part of your wedding day celebrations.
Even though the evening entertainment expense (your DJ and Disco) will be less than a tenth of your total wedding day costs, its important to get your special day right.
I will help you pre-plan your wedding party. Your entertainment will play a major role in ensuring your guests enjoy your wedding day.
First of all we must decide which size sound system you require. The size of system you will need is decided by the size of the room/hall and the amount of guests you have coming to the reception. The more guests you have the bigger the system you will need to soak up the sound !
I have two sound systems...one which will cater for up to 150 guests and one which will cater for up to 300 guests the size of the system will be reflected in the cost to you.
When choosing your entertainment for your wedding day you could go for a live band or a DJ.
These days a DJ is by far the most popular choice for brides, over a live band, because of the versatility the DJ has at his fingertips.

On the evening of your Wedding day I will make your party a memorable evening for you and your guests by providing the following Options:
...The First Dance is always the most important dance of the evening. We can discuss which song you require and which song to follow where we can ge the rest of your family to join you on the floor.
..I will make sure you get the genre and type of music you require by giving you the opportunity to personalise a list of your choice of music to play and music to avoid !
...I will offer you the choice of having background music during your sit down meal.
... I will ensure the volume of the music is played at a sensible level allowing your guests to talk amogst themselves, before the party really gets going !
...I will place 'Music request cards' on your guests tables, inviting them to request a song encouraging them to get up and be involved in the wedding party celebration.
... The lighting is an important part of your wedding party. I can provide soft up lighting for your guests as well as party lighting and a lasers for when the party gets going !
